​The House is directed by Matt & Tina Huisjen (fb). Matt & Tina met in the Navigators campus ministry at Colorado State University, married in '91, and have five kids: Madeline, Jesse, Toby, Bridget, & Dustin. They love having people in their home. They directed the Bamberg Hospitality House from 1998-2013 and began ministry in Vilseck in 2014. Matt is a retired Army Chaplain. 

A Christ-centered home-away-from-home, we are a ministry of Cadence International and delight in sharing the gospel and our lives with the Soldiers and Civilians of the 2d Cavalry Regiment (fb) and the entire Rose Barracks military community, and in partnering with the Post Chapel and chaplains. 

​​​The Vilseck House exists to share the good news of Jesus Christ with the Rose Barracks community. 

We help people GATHER in authentic community, GROW in faith and love for Jesus, and GO more prepared to their next place of influence.
